• Check the CASA donation box on line 38 our your Colorado State Income Tax Form and indicate how much money you'd like to donate.

  • If you are getting refund from the the state, your donation will be deducted from your refund.

  • If you owe additional taxes, simply add the amount of your donation to your total taxes due.
