National Child Abuse Prevention Month
April is National Child Abuse Prevention Month. This month and throughout the year, A Kid’s Place encourages all individuals and organizations to play a role in making our Weld County community  a better place for families. By ensuring that parents have the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to care for their children, we can help prevent child abuse and neglect by strengthening families and communities. April is a time to celebrate the important role that communities play in protecting children.

Month of May:

The New Plantation  Annual Benefit  “Hog” Run to benefit A Kid’s Place

Month of June:

10th Annual “Give the Light of Hope to a Child” Fundraising Luncheon to Benefit
             The  CASA Program & the Child Advocacy  Center
Date: Tuesday June 8^th       Registration Begins at 11:30 a.m.
Program begins at 12:10 pm and ends at 1:00 pm.
Location: Greeley Recreation Center     651  10th Avenue  Greeley
Registration is required, boxed lunch is complimentary.
